The VCH Emergency Discharge Instructions are a selection of patient education materials provided to patients and their families after a visit to a VCH Emergency Department.
Your emergency doctor will choose the appropriate instruction for you. The instructions provide further information for your care at home and instructions for follow up care with your family doctor.
If you have any questions, contact your family physician or HealthLink BC by calling 811. If your condition worsens, return to the Emergency Department or call 911.
